According to a statement by the official spokesman for the Coordination Committee, Adam Rijal, according to “Ultra Sudan” today, armed militias fired on Tuesday evening at a “Taktuk” carrying citizens from the “Astani” area, south of the city of “Kass”, about six kilometers away, killing and injuring two people. In addition to the looting of passengers’ belongings and an amount of (200) thousand pounds that was intended to buy medicine for a patient – ​​according to the statement of the Coordination of Displaced and Refugees.

The official spokesman for the Coordination of Displaced and Refugees stated that the perpetrators were three armed individuals on camels.

Adam Rijal stated that they filed a report about the accident at the Kass Police Station, while the martyr was taken to the morgue of Kass Hospital, and the injured person was taken to the hospital for treatment.
