The Ministry of Justice revealed a three-pronged plan to prevent human trafficking, protect victims, and criminally prosecute traffickers.
On Thursday, the governance and administration sector in the Council of Ministers, headed by the Minister of Justice, Maulana Muhammad Saeed Al-Hilu, according to Al-Youm Al-Tali newspaper, reviewed a report on the efforts of the National Committee to Combat Human Trafficking in Sudan.
Maulana Maha Al-Sadiq Azraq explained that the committee had drawn up a three-year plan (2022, 2023, 2021), through which it aimed to prevent human trafficking at the regional and international levels. She said that it included the goals and activities that will be implemented by a number of ministries, government institutions and foreign organizations in this regard. .
