The authorities then arrested the accused, took the whistleblower’s statements, interrogated the witness, and contacted the scene of the accident to draw a sketch of the crime scene, and criminal laboratories to collect fingerprints. The authorities referred the accused to the Khartoum North Prosecution Office, and ordered an autopsy, so that the prosecution released a charge of violating Article 130 of the Criminal Code against the accused related to premeditated murder and submitted the report to the court for adjudication.
