The head of the SPLM north, Ismail Khamis Jallab, confirmed that there are no security arrangements in the SPLM areas in the two regions, the Blue Nile and the Nuba Mountains.
Gallab said in statements that the peace agreement or the security arrangements protocol, including the groups that were made from the Nuba Mountains, are not officers but soldiers, and now the officers are waiting for arrangements or integration.
He added, according to The Next Day newspaper, “We say that Malik sold the peace agreement.”
