Minawi inaugurates the academic and electronic support project for Darfur universities – Kush News
The Governor of the Darfur region, Minni Arko Minawi, inaugurated Saturday at the Friendship Hall the academic and electronic support project for the universities of the Darfur region, in the presence of the representative of the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Higher Education, Siddiq Al-Bishri, the Minister of Public Education Mahmoud Sarkhatm and representatives of Darfur universities.
During his speech, according to (SUNA), Minawi stressed the need to pay attention to e-learning and modern technologies for the education boom in the country, adding that Darfur will be a model for e-learning in Sudan and the world at large.
Minawi affirmed their full commitment to support this program and to cooperate fully with all relevant institutions and authorities in the country to make the project a success, by establishing libraries and electronic halls to keep pace with the information revolution.
He announced their support and contribution with the federal ministries to develop e-learning in the country to become the interface of e-learning among the countries of the world.
