Dr. Azmy pointed out that the Capital Markets Regulatory Authority is the one that protects the investor and is fully responsible for ratifying public shareholding companies and then ratifying the capital markets, as Hyper Deal Financial Limited is listed on the Khartoum Stock Exchange of the first category, and it has extensive experience in investment funds It owns about 69% of the market size.
